1. Digital Goods

We issue refunds for digital products ("Złote Monety") within 14 days of the original purchase of the product, provided the virtual currency has not been spent or used within the game.

Once Złote Monety have been redeemed for in-game budget or otherwise consumed, they are no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Contacting Us

If you would like to request a refund or have any issues with your purchase, please contact us with your order details provided by Paddle.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used via Paddle. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
