Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Polish Champions website operated by Szymon Wiśniewski ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Paddle Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Szymon Wiśniewski and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Szymon Wiśniewski.

3. Account Registration

By creating an account using Google or Apple authentication, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. In-Game Purchases & Payment Terms

The Service allows you to purchase virtual currency ("Złote Monety"). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as set forth in our Refund Policy. These virtual items have no real-world value and are non-transferable. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Szymon Wiśniewski makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
